It provides warmth and wind protection across your core with mesh on the upper back to remove excess heat so you won't get too hot. An updated fit features a contoured waist and shoulders specifically designed for the female form, with binding placed around the sleeve opening to create a close fit that all but eliminates noise from flappy fabric.
